Pattern Everyone has a laundry room and we all spend plenty of time there. Why not make a door size wall hanging like this one to brighten up the laundry room. This pattern is designed for a raw edge appliqué, but can be adapted to needle turn as well. Fabric requirements include a variety of pieces no larger than 1/4 yd for the appliqué (houses, fence, grass, sun, hill); 1/4 yd for the top border; 1/8 yd for the bottom; 2/3 yd for the sky; scraps of fabric for the laundry clothes; 1/3 yard for the scalloped border; 1/2 yard for the outside border; 1 yd of Steam a Seam Lite 2; 2 yds of twine ; 1/4 yd of binding; 3/4 yd of backing fabric; and 25" x 39" of batting. 27 small wooden clothespins are included.
