Capture the unique essence of Texas with this pattern: designed for a raw edge appliqué, but can be adapted to needle turn as well. Fabric requirements include a variety of pieces no larger than 1/3 yd and scraps of fabric for the appliqué; 1/2 yard for the inside scalloped border; 1/2 yard for the outside border; 2 yds x 18" of Steam a Seam Lite; 1/3 yard of fusible stabilizer; 27" x 33" of backing fabric; and 26" x 32" of batting. 'Texas State Stamp' finished size is about 24" x 31", designed by Debra Gabel of Zebra patterns.
