This pattern is designed for a raw edge appliqué, but can be adapted to needle turn as well. Fabric requirements include a variety of pieces no larger than 14" x 18", fat quarter for the background, 1/4 yd for inner border and binding, 1/2 yd for backing, 44" x 18" of fusible web, 18" x 24" of batting.
