Lutradur will absorb paint and ink to create a surface that filters light and can also be heat set up to 400 degrees F. The product has amazing body, retains its shape and is incredibly strong yet delicate and lightweight, but will never fray or unravel. You can melt it, singe it, or cut into it with a heat tool creating extraordinary antique effects.
