Armadillos are such strange little creatures. If you are fascinated with them like I am you will have no choice but to brighten up your home decor with this vibrant wallhanging. Designed for satin stitch finish, the pattern can be adapted to raw edge appliqué, or needle turn. Fabric requirements include: 1/4 yd for sky; 1/8 yd for cliffs; 1/4 yd for earth; 1/2 yd for grass; 1/2 yd of tan for road; 1/8 yd of brown for road; 3 fat quarters of green and yellow scrap for trees and sun; 3/4 yd of flower fabric for Armando, outer border and binding; 1/3 yd of orange for Armando; 4 fat quarters of coordinating fabrics for Armando; 1 yd of fusible web; 1 yd of lightweight stabilizer; 1 1/2 yd of backing.
