Fabric requirements for the large quilt: 1 1/4 yd for the border; 1 yd for sashing; 1 1/3 yd for binding; 1 1/2 yd for blocks; 3 2/3 yds for backing; 48" x 63" of batting. Fabric requirements for the small quilt: 7/8 yd for the border; 1/2 yd for sashing; 3/4 yd for squares for sashing and border; 3/4 yd for blocks; 1 1/3 yd for backing; 40" x 40" of batting.
