Materials List: The Betty Shopper can be made with a heavyweight cotton (home decorator) fabric or with a quilting weight cotton fabric. Be careful to follow the interfacing recommendations for the weight of the fabric you choose to use. 1 1/2 yards of 44" wide heavyweight home decorator cotton or quilting weight cotton for the exterior *Allow extra fabric for matching or centering a pattern on your fabric; 2 1/2 yards of 44" wide coordinating heavyweight home decorator cotton or quilting weight cotton for the lining; 2 yards of 22" wide heavyweight sew-in interfacing if using the heavy weight decorator fabric for the exterior - OR - 1 1/8 yards of 60" wide 10 oz. cotton canvas if using the quilting weight cotton for the exterior; 1 3/4 yards of 22" wide Timtex or a similar heavy sew-in stabilizer; Four 7/16 extra large Eyelets or Grommets (with tool); 1 spool of coordinating thread.
