Fabric requirements: 1 yd of 3 different fabrics for posts; 1 1/3 yd for blocks in 4 different fabrics; 5/8 yd for outer sash and 1/3 yd for inner sash; 1/4 yd for hat band and flowers; fat quarter for vines and leaves; 3/4 yd for appliqué and inner border; 1/2 yd for binding; 1/2 yd for border if it's pieced and 1 5/8 yd if it's not; 1 5/8 yd of batting; 3 1/4 yd for backing and buttons to embellish.
