Nobody could resist this darling tote embellished with rick rack and ruffles. You could make one in no time. Fabric requirements: 1/2 yd for the bag; 1/4 yd for the pocket; 5/8 yd for the lining; 1/3 yd for the ruffle; scraps of fabric for the tabs and inside pocket; 1 yd of buckram; 1/4 yd for the ties; 5/8 yd of fusible fleece; 5/8 yd of fusible interfacing; 1 pkg of jumbo rick rack; 4 - 3/4" D-rings; and adhesive spray. 'Frilly Farm Bag' pattern designed by Pam Vieira-McGinnis, finished size is about 12" wide x 10" high.
