Designed for machine, raw-edge, or hand applique, the two fabric applique method is both elegant and simple! Just lay the applique fabric on top of the background fabric, cut away the exposed parts of the applique fabric you don't need as you applique to expose the background fabric. No templates, no numbering system, no positioning of small pieces to create the design. What could be easier? Minimum fabric requirements include: 3/4 yard background fabric; 3/4 yard applique fabric; 3/4 yard backing fabric; 39" x 27" batting; optional fusible web.
