Hawaiian quilts are visually complex, yet very easy to make. The minimum size quilt made with this pattern is 84" square. Your quilt can be any size larger than that; the width of the outside border increases with the size of the quilts. The size of the appliqué remains the same. Choose two contrasting fabrics for your quilt top, and a coordinating print for the backing. Pattern recommends using 100% polyester bonded batting to show off the echo quilting rows.
