Fabric Requirements: 1/4 yd each of three blues for sky; 1/8 yd each of three light blues for sky; 1/8 yd light gray blue for horizon; 1/8 yard each four greens light to dark for ground; Scrap or 1 Fat Quarter yellow for sun; 1/4 yd black and white stripe for inner border; 3/4 yd for outer border; 3 yds for backing; 8-10 Fat Quarters for balloon fabrics; 4 yds stabilizer; 4 yds paper-backed fusible web.
