Momiji is the Japanese word for 'maple' and this is a beautiful adaptation of a family crest using a leaf and branch motif. Individual blocks are quick to make up for a small wall hanging, or combine for a beautiful quilt. Fabric requirements include: 1 fat quarter for background; (3) different 6" x 7" colors for leaves; 11" x 11" for stem; 1/4 yd for border and binding.
