This wonderfully kitsch apron is all set up for you to cut out and sew at home! When you cut the pockets and apron out, either leave enough fabric on the outer edges to turn under and sew, or leave enough to sew seam binding to the edges so they can be neatly turned under. The striped prints on both sides of the apron are for the neck and waist ties. To make the construction of your apron more lasting, add the ties to the apron front then turn the edges under, especially if you're using seam binding, before finishing the edges. This way, the ties will be held in place better and shouldn't fray or pull out from the stress the fabric undergoes when you tie them in back.
