This Cone Thread Holder adapts overlock thread cones for use on sewing machines. Place thread cone on spindle, guide thread through loop of thread guide and thread machine as normal. It is also used by quilters and freemotion embroiderers for special threads (metallic, sliver, etc.) that might not like to feed through the usual path on their machine. Cone thread stand, 4 1/2" diameter cast base, 17" tall. This is the thread holder used by Luana for metallic and rayon threads that like to unravel while sewing!
