Create a glamorous handbag and totebag, using easy-to-follow instructions and pattern pieces. Please note: if you are using heavier weight Home Dec fabric, you do not need interfacing. Materials required for the handbag: 1/4 yard of the first exterior fabric for the top panels; 3/8 yard of a coordinating exterior fabric for the main panels and handles; 3/4 yard for the lining and pockets; 1 yard of heavyweight sew-in interfacing; 1 - 3/4" magnetic snap; and 1 spool of coordinating all-purpose thread. Materials required for the shoulder bag: 3/4 yard of the first exterior fabric for the top panels; 5/8 yard of a coordinating exterior fabric for the main panels and straps; 1 yard for the lining and pockets; 2 yards of heavyweight sew-in interfacing; 1 - 3/4" magnetic snap; and 1 spool of coordinating all-purpose thread.
