The In Flight series features the beauty of these small flying wonders. Butterflies symbolize change. Change is good! This pattern is designed for a raw edge appliqué, but can be adapted to needle turn as well. Each pattern includes complete and clear instructions with diagrams and a full sized positioning sheet for assembly. The pattern pieces are computer drawn and professionally printed for ease of use. Each pattern package features a full color image of the completed quilt. Fabric requirements include a variety of pieces no larger than 11" x 11" for the appliqué (sky, leaves, flowers, stems, butterfly, and grass); 9" x 18" for corner triangles; 22" x 22" for backing; 1/4 yd for binding; 1/4 yd for borders; 20" x 20" of Steam a Seam Lite 2; and the appliqué pressing sheet. 'Monarch' pattern from the 'In Flight' series, finished size 20" x 20", designed by Debra Gabel of Zebra patterns.
