To make this 48″ x 66″ quilt design<\/a><\/strong>, you will start with the central 24″ x 44″ panel, lavishly embellished with gold metallic. Construct the pieced border with blue mosaic prints, set on point in a field of golden spirals. The pieced border is layered between inner and outer frames of a black confetti print.
