We now have 4 of UK artist Cas Holmes’ books in stock including her brand new title “Soulful Stitch”<\/a><\/strong> with Deena Beverley. You can find a video interview with Cas<\/a> in June, when I visited her home studio in Maidstone UK. Her books are all softly clothbound and we like to pet them like cats!

Traveling to Houston this week… I look forward to seeing many of you there! If you see me, please don’t be shy and come up to say hello.

I do want to invite you to come hear me speak about my work in 2 different galleries, during their Friday and Saturday Artist Talks.

On Friday and Saturday I will be in these talks:
11 am – Sacred Theads – my quilt is “Children of War”
3 pm – SAQA Camouflage – my butterfly quilt is on the cover of the exhibit catalog!

Our daughter Sophie Quinn is joining me for a couple days, and she will be coming with me to the SAQA party on Friday 5-7 pm.

Are you making quilts for Hurricane Helene victims? Our non-profit contact<\/a> for the community of Swannanoa says they will gladly take thousands of quilts for those who lost their homes. It was a huge loss.

A reminder that quilts can be dropped off in person to eQuilter. All other quilts should be shipped directly to North Carolina so there is no delay.
