To make this 57″ x 68″ quilt design<\/a><\/strong>, start with the central panel in a kaleidoscope of glowing hues. Cut up a 2nd Block Panel to make the top and bottom sections. Use the coordinating stripe, and Solid Black to construct the borders. Finish with a rainbow ombre binding.
