One of the best parts of my "job" is that I travel, meet talented and friendly quilters, take photos of amazing quilts, and share images of quilts shows I've attended in the last year. <\/p>\n

As my summer quilty travel approaches, I want to put out a call to those of you who might be coming to these events: <\/p>\n

Quilt Canada<\/a> in St Catherine's in Ontario:
Tues June 10 evening – sponsor & presenter for Modern Quilt category at Award Ceremony.
Weds June 11 at noon – INTERNATIONAL QUILT TRENDS –
A lecture and power point presentation with photos of quilt shows and award-winning quilts from around the world. <\/p>\n

Quilt Colorado<\/a> in Longmont, Colorado:
Weds July 16, 6 pm – presenter at Award Ceremony
Fri July 18, 3 pm – please contact us if you'd like to arrange a CQC guild tour of our eQuilter offices & warehouse. If my studio is moved and ready, the tour will include a tour and short talk in my studio space.
(We are 15-20 minutes from the conference site.) <\/p>\n

Intl Quilt Convention Africa<\/a>, Johannesburg South Africa
