The Golden Hour<\/a> – Call for Entries<\/p>\n

Attention SAQA members and aspiring Fabric Designers!<\/p>\n

After the success of the collaborative Urban Textures<\/a> fundraiser collection with SAQA and Andover Fabrics, we are launching another fundraising design project – The Golden Hour<\/a>!<\/p>\n

Online entries will be accepted May 1-31, 2015.<\/p>\n

I hope you SAQA members will contribute your ideas to help raise money for the organization, and if you are not a member yet, please consider joining so you can participate in this great opportunity to get your foot in the door to start your own career as a textile designer.<\/p>\n

eQuilter will of course stock this collection in depth as we did with Urban Textures<\/a>, but we encourage our fellow quilt shops to watch for the release of this collection in the future!<\/p>\n

Many thanks to the artists who contributed and participated in Urban Textures<\/a>, and I can’t wait to see what all of you come up with for The Golden Hour<\/a>!<\/p>\n

If you are thinking about joining me on the Polar Bear Tour in November<\/a>, I urge you to make a deposit to hold your place by March 15th. They are holding this tour open for my group, but will open it to the general public March 15 so I can’t guarantee you will get a spot on the Polar Rover if you wait much longer.
