My brother and his kids are visiting from Southern California, and I think they wished too hard for a White Christmas! It started snowing on Christmas afternoon and by Friday we had a record-setting 12" of snow in Boulder! <\/p>\n

Every year we all seem to be busier, but we still find time to sew and quilt amid our busy lives. This time of year I am always writing out my goals for the upcoming year, because I find I get more accomplished if I make a list… even if I don't do everything on the list. The list seems to get longer every year, so my next task is to prioritize the top 10, especially the top 5 goals. Do you make To-Do or Goal Lists too? <\/p>\n

My trip to New Zealand<\/a> is coming up fast, but first this week Paul and the kids are going to Hawaii for his dad's funeral. Because he was a WWII vet, he will be laid to rest at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific<\/a>, otherwise known as the Punchbowl<\/a>. <\/p>\n
