I decided that Sophie should take some sewing classes from someone besides me, so today she took her first sewing class at a local Bernina shop. She spent this morning picking out a really cute Ice Cream themed flannel print, then went to class and made a pair of flannel pajama pants! She was absolutely thrilled and of course now she wants to sew on my big Bernina, which is what she used in their classroom. That little Bernette she used in her Quilting Arts TV segment is super cute, but I can see already she's got her eye on those embroidery stitches…<\/p>\n
