Be sure to\n&#8220;Spring Ahead&#8221; and turn your clock ahead one hour tonight when you go\nto bed, unless you live in Arizona, Hawaii, or the rest of the world. <br><br>\nWe are having a grand time in the classroom this weekend with MJ Kinman, where\nstudents are making her beautiful new <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.equilter.com\/product\/261874\/diamond-divas-elizabeth-quilt-pattern-by-mj-kinman?fn=nl_20200307193503\">Elizabeth\nDiamond quilt<\/a><\/strong>. To celebrate her workshop, we are launching a new line\nof MJ&#8217;s Gemstone products: We are producing her Birthstone Fat Quarter Packets\nin Hoffman 1895 Hand-Dyes and the results are going to be luscious! <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.equilter.com\/product\/270292\/birthstone-series-by-mj-kinman-april-diamond-hand-dyes?fn=nl_20200307193503\">Our\nfirst packet is the Diamond<\/a><\/strong>, and we&#8217;ll be adding a few each week until\nwe have all 12 Birthstone FQ packets available in Hand-Dyes, to make one giant\ngorgeous quilt! <br><br>\nAs you may have noticed, the world seems to gone crazy over the coronavirus.\nThings like toilet paper and hand sanitizer are sold out, shelves at\nsupermarkets are empty, and now people are stocking up on things like beans and\nrice. I am concerned for my mom who is in a nursing home, but we all have to\ntake this one week at a time. I have also noticed the quilters seem to be\nstocking up on fabric as if they expect to be quarantined! My advice: don&#8217;t\nforget to stock up on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.equilter.com\/category\/295\/thread-collections?fn=nl_20200307193503\">thread<\/a>\nand <a href=\"https:\/\/www.equilter.com\/search?p_filter_keyword=sewing%20machine%20needles&amp;p_search_type=exact&amp;fn=nl_20200307193503\">sewing\nmachine needles<\/a>. <br><br>\nSophie just received her official acceptance letter from CU Boulder: she will\nbe a Music Education major at our local university here in Boulder, which means\nshe can come home on weekends to do her laundry. Her two brothers went to CU,\nand I also went there long ago, so she&#8217;ll be carrying on a family tradition.\nStudents come from all over the US and from around the world to attend our\nbeautiful university, and pay crazy out-of-state tuition&#8230;so we feel very\nlucky to have CU right here in our home town. <br><br><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.equilter.com\/designer\/11\/paula-nadelstern?fn=nl_20200307193503\">Paula Nadelstern&#8217;s<\/a><\/strong><strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.equilter.com\/product\/270313\/paula-nadelstern-5-day-workshop-june-1-5-2020?fn=nl_20200307193503\">workshop registration is open<\/a><\/strong> and it is filling up fast. We did send out\nemails to the wait list 24 hours ago, as promised.
