This week's Free eQuilter Exclusive Pattern<\/a><\/strong> is a timely narrative of artist Frida Kahlo<\/a>, and the Day of the Dead<\/a> (D?a de los Muertos) in the form of a beautiful Retablo Shrine wallhanging<\/a>. <\/p>\n

These portable alters or shrines are for contemplation and worship while traveling, at work, or home. <\/p>\n

The main fabrics are from Alexander Henry's Frida prints<\/a> in their Folklorico collection, honoring her intense sense of color with Hot Sugar Pink, Red Chili Pepper, Vintage Turquoise and Deep Lapis Blue.<\/p>\n
