Two playful hedgehogs release colorful balloons in this cute appliqué pattern. Material requirements include: 3/4 yd fabric for center appliqué; 1/4 yd of small striped fabric for border; 2 yds Hedgehog or other fun print fabric for borders and backing; 1/4 yd fabric for borders; 3/8 yd small flower print for blocks; 5/8 yd checked fabric for blocks, balloon and binding; 1/8 yd dot fabric for blocks; (2) 5" x 7" fabric pieces for balloons; assorted scraps for Hedgehogs; Tear-away stabilizer; 44" x 46" piece of batting. 'Up, Up and Away' quilt pattern by Desiree's Designs. Finished size is about 40" x 42".
