This gorgeous rainbow assortment of handmade botanical sun prints from Africa is an eQuilter exclusive! The leaf design fabrics are uniquely handmade by laying leaves on hand-dyed fabric and letting the sun create a stencil "sun-print". Produced while working within environmentally sensitive boundaries, using Non-Toxic dyes, and recycling when possible, these fabrics are dyed with the sun and therefore, limited in production to the sunny season. Set of 12 hand-dyed pieces with natural leaf sun printed motifs, each piece is about 14" x 18", the fabric is handmade with nontoxic colorfast dye by Langa Lapu - an Eco friendly company in a rural community in South Africa. Please handwash in cold water with mild detergent, line dry. This project by Langa Lapu employs a village full of women, and also contributes to a local AIDS orphanage.
