Black cats, Black Widow spiders, bats, webs and the magic of Halloween are all present in this phenomenal and visually stunning quilt. Fabric requirements include: 12" x 20" of a focus spider web background. 6" square to 6" x 11" or more of 8 - 10 coordinating fabrics for backgrounds. 6" square to 6" x 11" of 8-10 different black fabrics with slight print for the cat and spider. Need to be slightly different values. 6" square to 6"x11" of 7 additional black with cream motifs for cuttables. These fabrics should have things like spider webs, bats, spider legs, ghosts, words...6" square of red for the spider tummy. 6" square of tiny mice. 6" square of tiny bugs for web. 24x32 of pattern Ease foundation. About 2 1/2yds of 24" Steam a Seam 2 fusible. Black Sharpie pen. Applique Pressing sheet. Karen K Buckley medium blue handled perfect scissors. 1 yd backing fabric. 6" of WOF of fabric for binding. 'Black Cat' quilt pattern by Laura Heine of Fiberworks inc. Finished size is about 24" x 32".
