This raw-edge applique pattern features bear grass dancing in the wind in a meadow at the foot of the mountains. Each block from this pattern collection can be sewn on its own as a piece of wall art, or you can combine the entire collection to create a wonderful 55 1/2" x 61 1/2" quilt with the finishing instructions included in this kit. Material requirements include: 1/2 yd background; 1/2 yd for mountains; 3/8 yd for hillsides; 1/4 yd for bear grass stems; 1/8 yd for bear grass flowers; 1/8 yd for inner border; 2/3 yd for outer border (and binding); 7/8 yd for backing; 1 yd of 18" wide lightweight fusible web; 29" x 36 1/2" piece of batting (for wall hanging size only.) Additional Materials for full quilt assembly: 1/3 yd for inner border; 1 3/8 yd for outer border and binding; 3 3/4 yds for backing; 61 1/2" x 67 1/2" piece of batting.
