Handmade using batik and painting methods, this striking panel may be used in wall hangings, pillows, appliqués, quilts, clothing embellishments, framed pictures, and much more! As seen here, Celtics were famous for their intricate metalwork motifs that look like woven knots, scrolls and patterns that occasionally include stylized animal heads and bodies that add to add to the richness of their style. This hand painted knotted medallion consists of four triquetras (triangles) cleverly interlocked to make a beautiful and symmetric piece representing unity and continuous strength. Hand-painted batik panel, panel is about 9" x 9", Each panel is a unique work of art and will vary slightly from original shown.
