This raw-edge applique pattern features a window frame with 4 panes and beyond there is a view of a snowy woodland area with cardinals perched in the nearby tree branches with a festive stocking. Each block from this pattern collection can be sewn on its own as a piece of wall art, or you can combine the entire collection to create a festive 59" x 59" quilt with finishing instructions included in the Block 5 - Corner pattern. Material requirements include: 1/3 yd for window background; 1/4 yd for boughs, trees and stocking; 1/4 yd for snow on tree; (7) 1/8 yd cuts for smaller appliques; 1/2 yd for window sashing; 7/8 yd for border and binding, 1 yd for backing (for wall hanging size only).
