"Rights, truths, respect, justice, strength, freedom, democracy, tenacity. Among the bold words of generations of women that inscribe every surface and inspire every visitor to "Women's Voices, Women's Votes, Women's Rights," some appear in larger fonts. The writing on the walls and the meaning of the exhibit emphasize that women in America, and around the world, have been courageous and formidable, using their words and raising their voices to secure the right to vote and equal rights." - Elisabeth Griffith, Ph.D.
