Why Unroasted? They're devoted to making uncommonly delicious chocolate that captures the brighter, bolder, and fruitier side of cocao. That's why they make every bar from scratch with unroasted cacao beans, sourced from growers we trust and admire.
To make this bar, they made it with notes of raw honey from Ugandan cacao unfold into Earl Grey's layers of black tea and bergamont like an orange dreamsicle. A dash of vanilla bean adds a round, floral finish.
