March is when we allow ourselves to believe that Spring is really just around the corner.
March is when we start looking for the green leaves of the crocus, tulips and daffodils, poking up through the cold dry winter dirt.
March is when we make plans for Spring Break with kids or grandkids, and start thinking about a summer garden.
March is also traditionally our snowiest month in Colorado. It is a heavy wet spring snow that waters our trees, but it is back-breaking work to shovel after a spring snow. Snow Days are QUILTING Days!
