Over the past several weeks, one thing has become abundantly clear – eQuilter has always been much more than a fabric store. It’s a community. We’ve heard from longtime customers who have been quilting with us for decades, new quilters discovering us for the first time, and everyone in between. Every suggestion, story, and note of encouragement has reminded us why we were so excited to become part of this community.
Many of your ideas are already finding their way into eQuilter. We’re continuing to add new products, refresh the website, and improve the shopping experience, but we’re also thinking about what comes next. One idea we’re especially excited about is creating a place where you can share your finished quilts and projects with other customers. Quilting has always been about inspiring one another, and we’d love to create a space where that inspiration can continue long after the fabric leaves our warehouse.
We also wanted to apologize to anyone who was affected by Friday morning’s brief website outage. Fortunately, it was short-lived, and everything is back to normal, but we know how frustrating it is when you’re in the middle of shopping for your next project and the site working as expected. Thank you for your patience while we got everything back online.
Finally, thanks to several customers who alerted us to equilterfabrics.com – a website that was impersonating eQuilter. We’re happy to report that it is no longer active. We truly appreciate everyone who reached out to let us know. Looking out for one another is just another example of what makes this community so special.
