Here at eQuilter, we want to say hello from our family and staff, to you and your family. We know that many of our products will be made into gifts and heirlooms that are made with love for members of your family, and we never forget that as we prepare and ship your orders.
With your help, we have reached another milestone. We have now exceeded $1.3 million raised for charity, not to mention all of the quilts that you have donated to help those in need. Here is a photo of our wonderful staff holding some of the quilts you’ve sent for earthquake victims in Nepal, and that is on top of the 10,000+ quilts we’ve collected and distributed since 9/11.
In this era of multiple emails blasting about Black Friday, we want to remind you that our industry was founded by independent retailers…mostly women…who wanted to share their passion with others. We are one of those thousands of Mom and Pop indie businesses who make up this wonderful world of quilting which now encircles the globe.
eQuilter remains committed to giving back, not just to charities like Doctors Without Borders and Mission of Love, but also to sponsor and support so many quilt festivals, exhibits and contests around the world. This is our way of saying thank you to our customers and our industry, for making us a favorite place to shop for unique quality fabrics, sewing and quilting supplies. We are grateful every day, for the opportunity to be of service to our wonderful creative friends in so many countries.
