Cotton Mako 80 is very lightweight, delicate enough for English paper piecing and hand applique yet can be used in the machine as well when a light touch is needed. This beautiful thread from Aurifil is a long staple Egyptian cotton, giving the strength needed for high speed machines. Cotton Mako is also mercerized, giving it a lovely sheen.
