Material requirements include: 1-1/3 yds background fabric; (8) 2-/12" x 42" fabric strips for needles; (19) 2-/12" x 42" fabric strips or (1) piece of 38" x 38" fabric; 38" x 38" piece of batting; (4) 2-/12" x 42" fabric strips OR (1) piece of 12" x 42" fabric.
