Spikes are planted in structured rows, showing off precise paper piecing. The cool color combinations with black and white contrast are lovely. All foundation papers are included. Material requirements include: (8) 1/3 yd cuts in cool colors; (8) 1/2 yd cuts in cool colors; (2) 5/8 yd cuts one green and one purple; 3 3/4 yds white; (2) stripes 5" x 44" each; (2) stripes 1/8 yd each; 1 5/8 yds stripe for binding; 4 1/2 yds backing. 'Lavender Fields' quilt pattern by Jacqueline de Jonge of Be Colourful. Finished size is about 68" x 68".
