A vivid and colorful collage of 3 beautiful Jellie Fish floating through water surrounded by smaller sea life and underwater plants is made by fusing pieces of a variety of prints to a lightweight base. Laura Heine has included detailed instructions about her technique to guide you through the process and includes a full-size pattern. Material requirements include: 6" x 11" to 12" x 11" of a variety of fabrics for backgrounds in medium to darker blues with minimal prints; 6" square to 12" x 11" of fabrics for the jellies hoods, ring canal, tentacles and oral arms in bright colors that do not blend; 6" x 11" to fat quarters for seaweed, bubbles and other cuttables; 8 yds or more of 24" wide Steam a Seam 2 (eQuilter product WAST5524); 1- 1/4 yds of Pattern Ease foundation or similar product (eQuilter product PEEZP830); a fusing mat 17 x 24 minimum; 8" x WOF for binding; 1-1/2 yds backing. 'Jellie Fish' quilt pattern by Laura Heine of Fiberworks inc. Finished size is about 38" x 45".
