Material requirements include: 13" x WOF outer binding; 10" x 14" plus 2-1/2" x WOF inner border; 14" x 18" background; 14" x 14" muslin; assorted scraps up to 11" for appliques; 2 yds fusible web; 24" x 28" batting; 24" x 28" backing.
