Make all 11 blocks for a large quilt, with or without tennis ball borders. The pattern also includes instructions for small and medium quilt variations. Everything is made using conventional patchwork techniques. No templates or paper piecing! For Medium: (6) fat eighths & (8) fat quarters for dogs; 1/8 yd for face details; 1/8 yd for tongues; 3-1/4 yds background fabric; 3-5/8 yds backing fabric; 1/2 yd for binding; and 59" x 64" batting. For Large: (9) fat eighths & (11) fat quarters for dogs; 1/8 yd for face details; 1/8 yd for tongues; 3-7/8 yds background fabric; 4-1/8 yds backing fabric; 5/8 yds for binding; and 72" x 76" batting.
