Fabric requirements include a variety of pieces no larger than 9" x 12"; 9 1/2" x 12" for background; 1/3 yd for binding and outer border; 19" x 22" for backing; 12" x 27" of fusible web; 19" x 22" of batting; 12" x 14" piece of clear vinyl.
