Use this color fixative as a pre-treatment on commercially dyed cotton fabrics or clothing to prevent color bleeding during washing. Also use to add colorfastness to your own dyeing. For best results, treat fabric with Retayne before washing it for the first time or piecing it into your quilt. Retayne does not work in energy efficient front loading washing machines. You will need to use a top loader OR treat the fabric in the sink. Retayne, 16 oz bottle. Due to shipping limitations, we can only ship to the contiguous 48 states and by GROUND. ***An extra $.50 is added to the price for special packaging to protect the product in shipping.
