Material requirements include: (16) 1/2 yd cuts in a rainbow of colors; (8) 7/8 yd cuts in a rainbow of colors; 2 yds white star backgrounds; 5/8 yd large circle border; 2-3/4 yds black background; 5/8 yd black & white stripe.
