Material requirements include: 3/4 yd fabric for top & flap; 1/4 yd OR 9" x 12" piece of cork for outside bottom; 3/8 yd for strap; 1/2 yd for lining and inside pocket; 1-1/4 yds Pellon Decor Bond #809 fusible interfacing; 3/8 yd fusible fleece.
