I bright-eyed tiger is surrounded by jungle ferns, all with paper piecing precision from the Violet Craft Abstractions Series. Original templates are included, and it is recommended that they be traced or copied so the originals are retained. Pattern instructions assume a basic knowledge of foundation paper piecing.

Material requirements include: 1/8 yd (3) fabrics for eyes; 1/2 yd each white and off-white for tiger fur; 1/8 yd lt pink for ears and eyes; 1/2 yard khaki for muzzle; 2 1/4 yds orange for tiger; 1/8 brown for nose and ears; 1 1/2 yds black for stripes; 1 yd lt green, 1 1/4 yds med green, adn 1 3/4 yds dk green for ferns; 4 yds for background; 5/8 yds binding, and 4 5/8 yds backing.
