This lint-free, double mercerized 100% organic cotton thread is spun from the finest long staple Pima cotton, grown without the use of chemicals and pesticides. Each spool is wound around biodegradable wooden spool cores. Rest assured your thread is GOTS - Global Organic Textile Standards and Oeko Tex-certified. During production only natural dyes, natural lubrication and a very stringent mercerizing process are used. Perfect for quilting, top-stitching, decorative machine stitches, crafting, and embroidery and fits all standard sewing machine spindles. Recommended needle is US size 10-14. 100% Organic Extra Long Staple Pima Cotton thread, 50 wt, 500 yds, Color #4858 Dove.
