A graceful sea turtle swims through the water bordered in a beautiful hand-dye to compliment the sea turtles coloring. Designed for a raw edge appliqué, the pattern can be adapted to needle turn as well. A color swatch strip is included to assist you in choosing the exact fabrics! Fabric requirements include: 3" x WOF dark green for inner border; 15" x 17" green for background and another 12" x 20-1/2" for fin backing; 17" x 21" light green for head, shell and fin; 4" x 5" yellow for head and shell; 12" x 14" brown for shell; 16" x 14-1/2" brown dot for head, shell and fin; 22" x WOF green mix for outer border; 16" x 14-1/2" dark brown for head, shell and fin; 2" x WOF plus 2" x 3" black for head and middle border; 2 yds Steam-A-Seam 2 Lite; 29" x 30-1/2" piece of low loft batting; 29" x 30-1/2" backing fabric; 20" x 31" piece of clear vinyl. 'Tortuga' pattern by Toni Whitney Design, finished pattern is about 24-3/4" x 29-1/2".
